BATTERY OPERATED BOOM LIFT (Z-60/37 DC & FE)

               The Battery Operated Boom Lift Z -60/37DC or a fuel electric hybrid model Z -60/37FE are ideal for outdoor and indoor applications, such as construction sites, sports arenas, malls, manufacturing facilities, and even challenging pedestrian areas with the demand for low noise and clean performance. Genie articulating Z booms provide lifting versatility with a combination of up, out and over positioning capabilities.The Genie Fast Mast boom system allows operators to descend and retrieve materials and quickly return to working height. 4-wheel drive and full-time active oscillating axles provide traction for grade ability up to 45%. Easy to transport at a compact length of 20 ft and 8 in (6.3 m) when stowed. All of these features are available on the Z -60/37DC that weighs only 16,600 lbs (7,530 kg) or the Z -60/37FE that weighs only 17,100 lbs (7,756 kg). Recharges overnight by 120v or 240v plugin and it recharges to 80% in 4 hours with an on-board generator.

It is mainly used for construction to build commercial and residential establishments and it is widely demanded across the nation. It is also called safe elevated work platform. Aluminium scaffolding can be move from one place to another without giving any strain or stress. It can locks at any required height and adjustable. Toe board system is provided. Scaffolding is insulated by PU wheels and rubber bungs for stabilizers hence it is shock proof while working on any electrical installations. Mullion type high quality is used for leg grip chequered sheet for top of the platform. It is available in H frames, Horizontal Braces, Diagonal Braces, Platforms and Staircase ladder. H Frames with spigot made up of 50mm dia. Also pipes are connected with T joints aluminium welded. Large diameter self-lubricating alloy steel pins ensuring safe, reliable and efficient. The scaffolding tower allows 2-3 people on the working platform. The platform is secured with wind anchor.
